# Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Ruqy Jewelry - F.Z.E. ("Ruqy", "we", "us", or "our") delivers orders placed through ruqyjewelry.com.

## Delivery destinations

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations. The delivery destinations, available shipping methods, delivery charges, and estimated delivery times for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

## UAE delivery

Delivery within the UAE is complimentary. After dispatch, domestic orders are estimated to arrive within **3–5 business days**. Each order is presented in Ruqy gift packaging and includes care instructions.

## International delivery

International delivery is available only to destinations supported at checkout. The available service, charge, and estimated delivery time will be shown before you place your order. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees.

For supported international destinations, estimated customs duties and import taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. When this is available, the order will be sent Delivered Duty Paid. Where duties or taxes cannot be collected in advance, you are responsible for any duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges requested by the courier or local authority.

## Dispatch, tracking, and receiving your order

We will send tracking information when it is available from the delivery provider. Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and that someone can receive the parcel when a signature is required. If an address is incomplete or a delivery cannot be completed, the courier may delay, return, or charge for re-delivery in line with its terms.

## Delivery delays

Delivery timeframes may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, severe weather, courier disruption, incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your parcel appears lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

## وجهات التوصيل

نوفر التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وإلى وجهات دولية مختارة. تظهر الوجهات وطرق الشحن ورسوم التوصيل والمدة التقديرية لتوصيل طلبك عند إتمام الشراء وقبل الدفع.

## التوصيل داخل الإمارات

التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات مجاني. بعد شحن الطلب، تستغرق الطلبات المحلية عادةً من **3 إلى 5 أيام عمل**. يُقدم كل طلب في تغليف هدايا Ruqy ويشمل تعليمات العناية.

## التوصيل الدولي

يتوفر التوصيل الدولي إلى الوجهات المدعومة التي تظهر عند إتمام الشراء فقط. ستظهر الخدمة المتاحة ورسومها والمدة التقديرية للتوصيل قبل تقديم طلبك. تبدأ المدد التقديرية للتوصيل بعد الشحن، وهي تقديرية وليست مضمونة.

بالنسبة إلى الوجهات الدولية المدعومة، قد يتم احتساب الرسوم الجمركية وضرائب الاستيراد التقديرية وتحصيلها عند إتمام الشراء. وعندما يتوفر ذلك، يُرسل الطلب بنظام تسليم الرسوم مدفوعة. وإذا تعذر تحصيل الرسوم أو الضرائب مسبقاً، تتحمل أنت الرسوم الجمركية وضرائب الاستيراد ورسوم التخليص أو أي رسوم مماثلة تطلبها شركة الشحن أو الجهة المحلية.

## الشحن والتتبع واستلام الطلب

سنرسل بيانات التتبع عندما تكون متاحة من مزود التوصيل. يرجى التأكد من اكتمال عنوان التوصيل ومن وجود شخص لاستلام الشحنة عند طلب التوقيع. إذا كان العنوان غير مكتمل أو تعذر إتمام التوصيل، فقد تؤخر شركة الشحن الطلب أو تعيده أو تفرض رسوماً لإعادة التوصيل وفقاً لشروطها.

## تأخيرات التوصيل

قد تتأثر مدد التوصيل بعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية والتفتيش الجمركي والطقس القاسي وتعطل خدمات الشحن وعدم اكتمال العنوان وغيرها من الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة. إذا بدا أن شحنتك مفقودة أو متأخرة بدرجة كبيرة، يرجى التواصل معنا وسنتحقق من الأمر مع شركة الشحن.
